You will be coached by District Leaders and Store Managers, gaining exposure to customer care, merchandising, inventory control, and team leadership while advancing toward promotion within your market.

Qualifications

• Willingness to promote to Store Manager role at any market location.
• Ability to transfer to CVS Pharmacy stores within the designated market.
• Ability to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs.
• CVS Retail experience or CVS Supervisor experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and communicate with your team to support operations.
• Perform customer care duties to deliver high levels of service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to drive store sales growth.
