Job summary

Yesway, Inc. is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist the Store Manager in training staff, scheduling shifts, and ensuring smooth daily operations at a Douglas, AZ location. You will handle customer concerns, verify regulatory compliance, and help with audits and merchandising to maintain guest satisfaction.

This role emphasizes hospitality, team development, and responsible management of store tasks, including loss prevention, inventory checks, and daily financial controls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year experience supervising others in a fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operation preferred.
• Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with training and development of employees and store responsibilities.
• Schedule employees for shifts.
• Resolve store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements.
• Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise.
• Ensure hospitality for all store guests by overseeing timely guest transactions.
• Monitor profits through end of day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste.
