Yesway- is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Oklahoma to support the Store Manager with staff training, development and daily store operations.

You will schedule shifts, resolve guest concerns, ensure compliance with regulations, assist with audits, manage stocking and merchandise placement, and oversee end-of-day profitability and security measures. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year supervisory experience in fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operations preferred.
• Certification testing upon employment will be completed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with training and development of employees and store responsibilities.
• Schedule employees for shifts and manage daily operations.
• Resolve store issues including customer concerns.
