Yesway in Douglas, AZ is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist with training, scheduling, and daily store operations. You will help manage staff, resolve customer concerns, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining guest hospitality and accurate merchandise placement.

The role involves overseeing end-of-day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, and vendor coordination to protect profits. Experience in supervising teams in retail or fast‑food settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year experience supervising others in a fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operation preferred.
• Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with training and development of employees and store responsibilities.
• Scheduling employees for shifts.
• Resolving store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements.
• Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise.
• Ensure hospitality for all store guests by overseeing timely guest transactions.
• Monitor profits through end of day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste.
