Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Walgreens internship or HS diploma with 2 years supervisory experience.
• Proven leadership, professional ethics, and strong communication skills.
• Completion of Store Manager training LEAP or Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including extended days and weekends.
• Willingness to relocate or transfer to other Walgreens stores as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store teams to deliver customer service and store operations.
• Oversee front-end and pharmacy operations to ensure accurate merchandising and profitability.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and discipline staff to meet company deliverables.
• Analyze performance data and drive improvements in sales and customer experience.
• Coordinate with Store Manager and District Manager on strategy and execution.
