Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, internship pathway also acceptable.
• Proven leadership, ethics, motivation and communication skills.
• Completion of Walgreens LEAP or Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks if applicable.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Eligible for promotion and able to relocate if required.
• Ability to transfer to Walgreens stores within the same area.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train store team members; supervise operations and scheduling.
• Oversee front-end and pharmacy activities; ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Own customer experience; coach staff to resolve issues and improve service.
• Analyze performance data; drive initiatives to meet sales goals.
• Support store and pharmacy during peak periods; fill in as needed.
