Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with supervisory leadership exposure OR Walgreens Community Internship experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English; strong communication and business acumen.
• Experience leading teams, coaching, performance management, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversees store front operations and supports Store Manager in achieving deliverables.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, and performance management for team members.
