Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with solid academic record or completed Walgreens Community Internship Program, or HS Diploma/GED with two years supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities including professional ethics, self-motivation, and strong communication skills.
• Completion of Store Manager training program (LEAP) or Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks of ESM start date.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Ability to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring area.

Responsibilities

• Supervises front end and designated team members, manages store operations, and schedule coverage.
• Improves store sales and profitability through merchandising and budgeting.
• Monitors customer service, coaches staff, and drives improvements in service metrics.
• Collaborates with external partners and supports community outreach opportunities.
• Ensures compliance with policies, laws, and safety requirements.
