Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record or completion of Walgreens internship program.
• Demonstrated leadership with professional ethics, self-motivation and strong communication skills.
• Completion of Store Manager training (LEAP) or Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks of start date.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion to a different Walgreens store.
• Ability to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring area.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and front-end operations; manages store activities to achieve deliverables.
• Supports Store Manager to achieve store operations and profitability; handles scheduling, cash management, and asset protection.
• Leads team development, coaching, performance management, and disciplinary actions as needed.
