Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent supervisory experience; LEAP/Leadership Essentials training is a plus.
• Proven leadership, ethics, and strong business acumen.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English; willingness to work flexible hours.
• May require pharmacy technician license/qualification as state policy permits.

Responsibilities

• Supervise customer service associates and front-end operations to ensure smooth store performance.
• Support Store Manager and manage store activities when needed; cover in the absence of the Manager.
• Drive sales, profitability, and asset protection while maintaining a clean, compliant store environment.
• Lead training, coaching, and development to enable team member growth and performance.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, laws, and regulations; manage scheduling and inventory processes.
