• Completion of Store Manager LEAP or Walgreens Leadership Essentials training within 12 weeks for ESM role; fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Supervise customer service associates and front-end operations; manage store activities to meet company deliverables.
• Recruit, hire, and manage performance of team members; provide coaching and development.
• Oversee merchandising, asset protection, and store profitability; ensure proper scheduling and shift coverage.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Operations and external partners to support store goals and community outreach.
• Use data and performance metrics to drive improvements and support the Store Manager.
