The position progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager with higher-level duties, including leadership, recruitment, and operations support to ensure smooth store performance.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill our mission to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests.
• Perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks (e.g., cashiering, merchandise display and pulls, register procedures, routine cleaning).
• Work with Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new Teammates and provide leadership.
• Share responsibility for training and motivating Teammates and act as Store Manager in their absence.
