Ultipro is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to support sales, merchandising and operations. You will work with store management to develop sales, recruit teammates and provide leadership in the absence of the Store Manager.

The role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager with higher-level duties. Essential duties include sales generation, guest service, teammate development and daily operational tasks, with emphasis on training, showmanship, and maintaining Buckle’s

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or related retail experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are preferred.
• Ability to lead and coach teammates in a fast-paced retail environment.
