Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Help locate or obtain merchandise based on guest needs.
• Suggest additional items to create wardrobe experiences.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and share sales education with the team.
• Stay informed on current sales, promotions, exchanges, and security policies.
• Support Store Manager with leadership duties and training of teammates.
• Aim for personal sales-per-hour and contribute to overall sales goals.
• Deliver legendary service across front, floor, fitting rooms, and register areas.
• Explain exchange/return procedures and turn opportunities into showmanship moments.
