Job summary

Buckle is opening a brand new store at the Carolina Premium Outlets in Smithfield, NC. The Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager roles will focus on delivering an exceptional shopping experience, supervising sales activities, and supporting leadership in store operations.

This is a development path from AIT to a full Assistant Manager role with greater responsibilities. Responsibilities include training teammates, recruiting, and maintaining high standards of service, product

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist Guests with finding and selecting merchandise based on needs.
• Lead by example with showmanship and strong customer service.
• Support Store Manager in recruitment, training and team development.
• Assist with store operations and schedule coverage as needed.

Education
