CVS Health is seeking a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) to join our team in the United States. The SMIT program runs for 16 weeks with virtual and hands-on learning experiences to develop you into a future CVS Store Manager.

You will work with a district leader, HRBP, training store manager, and your store manager coach to progress toward leadership. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor's degree in retail management or CVS supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Execute merchandising strategies to grow store sales.
