Job summary

Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team in delivering the Buckle guest experience. You will perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks, help recruit and develop Teammates, and step in as Store Manager when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service
• Answer questions about store merchandise and policies
• Assist with merchandising, display, pulls and checkout procedures
• Lead by example in showmanship, guest service and sales presentations
• Train and motivate Teammates and act as Store Manager in their absence
• Support recruiting and onboarding of new Teammates
