7-Eleven, Inc is seeking a Store Manager to lead a store team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service. The Store Leader, with an Assistant, will execute merchandising efforts, manage profitability, and develop the team through training programs.

The role emphasizes promoting from within and quick advancement opportunities. Ideal candidates have supervisory retail experience, strong coaching abilities, and a track record of maintaining store standards, cash handling, and safety

Qualifications

• Oversee and coach store employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain high retention by developing leaders and promoting from within.
• Manage merchandising and marketing programs to drive sales.
• Demonstrate ability to use store reports and P&L to influence decisions.
• Handle cash and fuel transactions and promote rewards program.
• Ensure a clean, safe store with proper health and sanitation procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team and customers; strong written skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Multi-task and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the store leadership team and staff.
• Drive profitability through merchandising and promotional initiatives.
• Train, coach, and retain talent while maintaining store standards.
• Utilize store reports and P&L data to implement improvements.
