The ideal candidate has retail management experience, strong leadership skills, and a track record of coaching staff while managing store operations and merchandising initiatives.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead a store team and train staff.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store leadership and develop the team.

• Use P&L and store reports to drive profitability.
• Ensure excellent customer service and store presentation.
