Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager in Garden Grove, CA. You will help operate a single Panda Express store, oversee hiring, training, and supervision of associates, and drive financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will participate in a 3+ week leadership training program and develop your leadership skills through ongoing career and leadership development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsabilités

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Complete a store leadership training program of 3 or more weeks to prepare for success.
