Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a single Panda Express store in California. You will hire, supervise, and motivate associates to achieve financial targets while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience standards.
• Support the store leadership training program and participate in ongoing leadership development.
• Uphold company policies and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for guests and team members.
