Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to support store operations and drive performance in a Panda Express location. You will supervise associates, assist with hiring, and ensure top-notch guest service while working towards financial goals.

A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success, with a path to advance into management roles and ongoing development opportunities within the Panda family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store and help hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold Panda standards.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
