A three-plus week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success. Located in California, this role offers a path for advancement into management positions and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
• Ability to manage conflicts and maintain guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist store operation and supervise associates.
• Hire, train, and direct associates to achieve financial goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in leadership training program (3+ weeks).
