Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing associates, and achieving financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

New leaders will undergo a 3+ week leadership training program to prepare for success, with opportunities for growth into higher management positions and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single store, directing and managing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a leadership training program of 3+ weeks to prepare for success as store management.
