Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store under guidance of store leadership.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and participate in training to ensure consistent service and safety standards.
• Support the store in achieving daily targets and creating a positive guest experience.
