Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest service targets.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
