Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a Panda Express store, including hiring, coaching and directing team members to hit financial targets and deliver superior guest service.

You’ll undergo a multi-week leadership training program designed to prepare you for a career in store management with ongoing development and advancement opportunities across the Panda family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Flexibility to relocate to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operations of a single store and manage/direct associates to meet goals.
• Hire, train and lead staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Support leadership training and development to prepare for advancement.
