CVS Health Corporation in Florida is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role over 16 weeks of self-paced, collaborative training, with virtual and hands-on learning experiences supported by your District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager and Store Manager coach.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience may be considered.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience preferred.
• A four year college degree is preferred, or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 16‑week self-paced, collaborative training to prepare for a CVS Store Manager role.
• Engage with your District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager and Store Manager coach to support growth.
• Lead in a manner consistent with CVS values and policies.
• Be willing to accept promotion roles with the market you work in.
