7-Eleven, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will work with the Restaurant Leader to train and coach staff, enforce standards, and maintain food safety and quality.

This role offers full-time hours with opportunities for advancement and competitive pay. The position emphasizes using P&L and store reports to drive improvements and align with company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required with restaurant management experience.
• Experience supervising a team to deliver customer service.
• Strong ability to communicate and coach staff to meet standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and guest service in coordination with the leadership team.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to ensure excellent service.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and company policies and procedures.
• Monitor financials and store reports (P&L) to implement improvements.
