Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a Personal Training Director in Training to learn and perform the full scope of the Personal Training Director role while continuing to personally service clients. This position supports the club's Personal Training department, develops trainers, drives revenue and enrollment, and delivers an exceptional member experience while progressing toward director responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current nationally accredited Personal Training certification (NASM or Crunch Fitness approved).
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Willingness to complete MindTickle and ClubConnect training.
• Interest in advancing into a Personal Training Director role.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute the full scope of the PT Director role under supervision.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of Personal Trainers.
• Coach Trainers on session delivery, program design, client communication, and service standards.
• Help achieve department revenue and enrollment targets.
• Maintain client documentation and scheduling, and ensure compliance.
