Job summary

A. Duie Pyle, Inc. offers a Leadership Development Program (LDP) designed to train future leaders through six months of hands-on operations experience and classroom learning.

Participants start at the nearest Pyle terminal, learning freight handling and LTL operations, then rotate through shifts and roles while engaging with senior leaders. Throughout the program, you will shadow leaders, participate in formal training, and develop professional relationships across the organization.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation or similar field
• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment
• Willingness to relocate within the Pyle network upon program completion
• Possess a positive, can-do attitude

Responsibilities

• Shadow leaders to develop leadership skills through on-the-job experiences, projects and formal training
• Understand teamwork and how roles impact the operation
• Engage in classroom learning to develop industry knowledge and relationships with senior leadership
• Perform several different positions on various shifts to gain hands-on experience
