Consolidated Precision Products in Eastlake, OH offers a two-year Leadership Development Program (LDP) designed to accelerate early-career professionals into operations leadership. Participants will rotate through three assignments across manufacturing functions, receive mentorship, and gain exposure to senior leaders.

Ideal candidates are engineering graduates with leadership potential, a strong interest in manufacturing, and willingness to relocate for rotations across CPP sites in Ohio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Early career professionals with motivation to pursue operations leadership.
• Willingness to relocate for rotations and cross-site experiences.
• Demonstrated potential for leadership, problem-solving, and driving results.

Responsabilités

• Rotations across processes such as Process Control Engineering, Production Planning, and Production Supervision.
• Regularly present progress and results to division leadership.
• Collaborate across CPP locations to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
