Job summary

Club Car, LLC is seeking high-potential candidates for its 3.5-year Supply Chain Leadership Development Program (LDP) in Evans, GA. The program rotations span material planning, production scheduling, analytics, and category management, with opportunities to lead improvement projects and pursue certifications.

Candidates will work side-by-side with the Supply Chain teams, with potential relocations during rotations.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent concentration required.
• Experience through Supply Chain internships or related work involvement required.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, presentation and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple supply chain roles in the Leadership Development Program (LDP).
• Lead or participate in Continuous Improvement projects and provide updates to leadership.
• Develop expertise in materials planning, production scheduling, and analytics across locations.
• Possibly relocate across rotations to Augusta, GA; Charlotte, NC; or Jiaxing, China.
