Job summary

CCF Family of Brands in Houston, TX seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations and drive customer service excellence. The ASM will support loan/pawn services, oversee front-end staff, and ensure compliance with company policies while delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with phones, POS, Microsoft Office or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and check cashing.
• Perform daily outbound campaigns to market services and grow customer relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with a focus on service and loss prevention.
• Maintain POS data accuracy and coach Customer Service Representatives as needed.
• Conduct store audits, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with policies.
