Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Completion of food safety certification within the first month of employment.
• Completion of a skills-based certification within the first 120 days of employment.
• Assistant Kitchen Managers must be able to work varied hours, days, and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and employees in a respectful, courteous manner, fostering a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist with inventory counts and cost of sales reports.
• Collaborate with Kitchen Manager to learn and assist in managing labor costs by scheduling employees.

• Foster a collaborative learning environment by sharing expertise and assisting in the development of others.
