Parker's Kitchen is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to help oversee day-to-day operations, ensure food safety and sanitation, and support efficient kitchen systems. You will contribute to exceptional customer service and staff development while maintaining Parker’s Kitchen high standards.

This role offers growth within kitchen leadership and exposure to varied shifts and responsibilities, including inventory, labor management, and quality control in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Completion of food safety certification within the first month of employment is required.
• Completion of a skills-based certification within the first 120 days of employment is mandatory.
• Assistant Kitchen Managers must be able to work varied hours, days, and shifts as needed by the employer.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and employees in a respectful, courteous manner, fostering a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
• Conduct weekly inventory counts and generate cost of sales reports.
• Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to learn and assist in managing labor costs by scheduling employees according to the approved labor budget.
• Assist the Kitchen Manager in enforcing the Safety and Health Policy to maintain a safe and compliant environment.
• Communicate procedures, promotions, and new products to employees and customers; support development of others.
