Parker's Kitchen is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to support daily operations, uphold food safety standards, and help develop a high-performing kitchen team.

You will work with the Kitchen Manager to monitor inventory, control labor costs, train staff, and ensure excellent customer service, all while maintaining Parker's Kitchen's high standards.

This role offers growth opportunities within kitchen leadership as you gain hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age at hire date.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Completion of food safety certification within the first month.
• Skills-based certification within the first 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and employees in a respectful, courteous manner.
• Maintain inventory counts and generate cost of sales reports.
• Assist in managing labor costs by scheduling staff per budget.
• Enforce food safety policies and stock areas with products.
• Prepare made-to-order items and ensure safe handling.
• Communicate procedures, promotions and new products to team and customers.
• Support department goals and foster collaborative learning.
