Parker's Kitchen is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to support day-to-day operations, uphold food safety standards, and help drive efficient kitchen systems. You will assist with inventory, scheduling, and training while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Must have reliable transportation
• Completion of food safety certification within the first month of employment
• Completion of a skills-based certification within the first 120 days of employment
• Able to work varied hours, days, and shifts as needed

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and employees in a respectful, courteous manner
• Foster a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
• Speak honestly and act with integrity, upholding company values
• Conduct weekly inventory counts and generate cost of sales reports
• Manage and audit inventory levels to align with the budget
• Collaborate to learn and assist in managing labor costs by scheduling employees
• Enforce safety and health policy to maintain a safe environment
• Stock food and beverages to ensure in-stock conditions
• Prepare made-to-order food and/or beverages per recipe or spec
• Ensure safe food handling procedures are maintained
• Communicate procedures, promotions, and new products to staff and customers
• Support the department's overall success and help develop others
