As a Recruiter in Training, you will source healthcare candidates, conduct interviews, and build relationships with clients and candidates, ultimately preparing you for a successful career in healthcare recruitment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of customer service, sales, recruiting, healthcare, or related experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Source healthcare professionals through job boards and networking.
• Conduct candidate interviews and qualification assessments.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
