Responsibilities

• Conduct candidate interviews and qualification assessments.
• Match candidates with client opportunities based on skills and goals.
• Present employment opportunities and guide candidates through hiring process.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout recruitment lifecycle.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.
• Represent Vibra Travels with professionalism and integrity.
