• Prioritize premium roles and maintain high-value candidate pipelines.
• Leverage recruitment technologies to source, engage, and cold call prospective candidates.
• Support incoming calls from Healthcare Professionals, School Based Professionals, and clients.
• Review and navigate onboarding workflows, learning Amergis requirements and processes.
