Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking ambitious apprentices to grow into General Managers. You’ll support day-to-day restaurant operations, lead teams, and deliver a Guest Obsessed experience.

This role offers hands-on leadership development, intense training, and exposure to P&L, scheduling, and recruiting processes. Applicants should be prepared for a demanding schedule, including evenings and weekends, and a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Willingness to learn and grow into General Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed – uphold top-notch standards of hospitality.
• Act as the leader on duty, ensuring speed of service and positive guest experience.
• Train and develop crew members using Chipotle’s training tools and resources.
• Ensure digital orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Learn to run day-to-day restaurant operations (scheduling, P&L, sales forecasting, recruiting).
• Maintain a clean dining room and guest-ready restaurant.
• Uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards.
• Work a standard 50-hour week with overtime as applicable.
