Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking Apprentices who aspire to become General Managers by supporting daily restaurant operations and learning how to lead a high-performing team. You’ll train, hire, and develop staff while delivering a Guest Obsessed experience.

The program offers hands-on leadership exposure, a clear path to GM, and a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Applicants should be ready to work a 50-hour week, adapt to the schedule, and commit to growth within a values-driven company

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are important.
• Willingness to learn general manager responsibilities and grow into a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Be guest-obsessed, uphold hospitality standards.
• Act as the leader on duty, ensuring speed and accuracy.
• Train and develop crew using Chipotle’s training tools.
• Ensure digital orders are accurate and timely.
• Learn day-to-day operations including scheduling, P&L management, and recruiting.
• Keep dining room clean and restaurant guest-ready.
• Uphold food safety and compliance standards.
• Work a 50-hour week with overtime as needed.
