Qualifications

• Guest-obsessed passion for hospitality
• Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
• Growth mindset with desire to learn General Manager role
• Genuine enthusiasm for people development and leading others
• Prior restaurant management experience preferred, including scheduling, P&L management, food safety, forecasting, scheduling, and recruiting

Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed and uphold top-notch standards of excellence and hospitality
• Act as the leader on duty, ensuring speed of service, accuracy, and positive guest experience
• Train and develop crew members using Chipotle's training tools
• Ensure digital orders are delivered accurately and on time
• Learn to run day-to-day restaurant operations (scheduling, P&L, forecasting, recruiting)
• Keep dining room clean and guest-ready at all times
• Uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards
• Work a standard 50-hour workweek with overtime where applicable
