Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant leadership or management preferred.
• Ability to manage guest experience and hospitality standards at a high level.
• Willingness to train and develop crew members using company tools.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed – uphold hospitality standards.
• Act as the leader on duty, ensuring speed and accuracy of service.
• Train and develop crew using Chipotle’s training resources.
• Ensure digital orders are accurate and on time.
• Run day-to-day restaurant operations (scheduling, P&L, forecasting, recruiting).
• Maintain a clean dining room and guest-ready environment.
• Uphold food safety and compliance standards.
• Work a 50-hour week, with overtime as needed.
