Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Apprentice to grow into a General Manager. You will learn to run day-to-day operations, hire and train staff, and deliver a Guest Obsessed experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead shifts, manage scheduling, P&L basics, and recruiting while upholding food safety and guest service standards. This is a full-time role with opportunities for career growth.

• Train and develop crew using Chipotle training tools.
• Ensure digital orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Learn day-to-day restaurant operations: scheduling, P&L, menus, and recruiting.
• Keep dining room clean and restaurant guest-ready.
• Uphold food safety and compliance standards.
• Work a 50-hour week with overtime as needed.
