Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed - uphold top-notch standards of hospitality.
• Act as the leader on duty, ensuring speed of service and accurate orders.
• Train and develop crew members using Chipotle training tools.
• Ensure digital orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Learn to run day-to-day restaurant operations including scheduling, P&L, and recruiting.
• Maintain a clean, guest-ready dining room and uphold safety standards.
• Work a standard 50-hour week with overtime as needed.
