Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking an Apprenticeship leader who will grow into a General Manager by supporting day-to-day restaurant operations and leading a team. You’ll learn to drive guest experience, scheduling, P&L management, and people development in a fast-paced setting.

You’ll work a typical 50-hour week with evening and weekend shifts, receive training tools, and help deliver a guest-obsessed experience while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Guest-obsessed hospitality mindset
Willingness to grow into General Manager role
Previous restaurant management experience preferred, incl. scheduling, P&L, food safety, sales forecasting, recruiting

Responsibilities

Be guest obsessed and uphold hospitality standards
Act as leader on duty ensuring speed, accuracy, and positive guest experience
Train and develop crew using Chipotle tools
Ensure digital orders are delivered accurately and on time
Learn day-to-day ops: scheduling, P&L, sales forecasting, interviewing
Keep dining room clean and restaurant guest-ready
Uphold food safety and compliance standards
Work roughly 50 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
