Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking motivated Apprentices to grow into General Managers by supporting restaurant operations, training crew, and delivering a Guest Obsessed experience.

You’ll learn scheduling, P&L management, sales forecasting, and recruiting in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• Prior restaurant management experience preferred, including scheduling and P&L management.
• Ability to stand/walk up to 50 hours per week and lift 50 lbs.
• Strong guest service orientation and leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Be the on-duty leader, ensuring speed of service, accuracy and guest satisfaction.
• Train and develop crew using Chipotle’s training tools.
• Ensure accurate digital orders and timely delivery.
• Manage day-to-day operations: scheduling, P&L, and recruitment.
• Maintain clean dining room and guest-ready restaurant.
• Uphold food safety, compliance, and operational standards.
• Work a 50-hour week including evenings/weekends.
