Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift 30–40 lbs.
• Temperatures 40°F to -10°F in walk-in cooler/freezer.
• Computer literate and web-savvy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily store leadership and shift operations.
• Maintain store appearance and guest experience to brand standards.
• Lead and train team members on front- and back-of-house procedures.
• Manage cash handling and safety procedures during shifts.
